ONLINE REALITY SHOW | AGENCY WORK
The brief: Adapt the Color Wear System for the local market and generate excitement among hairstylists to encourage its adoption.
The proposal: Bestylist is an online reality show for hairstylists, powered by Alfaparf Milano Professional. I was part of the team that conceptualized and named the show, and I also took charge of its art direction.
Hairstylists from all across Romania eagerly joined the contest, but only eight semi-finalists had the chance to participate in an exclusive workshop led by the renowned international trainer, Adil Zerouali. Following this, the top three participants showcased their skills and talents in the final round. The distinguished jury panel included Valerica Ghinescu (Trainer at Alfaparf Milano Professional), Claudiu Oltean-Vulea (Head-Trainer at Alfaparf Milano Professional), and Laura Giurcanu (Content Creator & Beauty Influencer). In addition to the public vote, the winner, Alina Timar, earned an exclusive 1-on-1 training session and a product kit as their prize.
